Shipping/Handling

Mindy's Needlepoint Factory ships its products via USPS. Purchaser should receive their item within 3-4 Business days.

Returns must be made within 10 days.  Money will be refunded to credit card if canvas is received in perfect condition. No returns allowed on special orders.
